In John’s Gospel, when Jesus calls his first Disciples, He asks a simple, Straight-forward but challenging question:

“What are you seeking?”

The Disciples responded,

“Rabbi, where are you staying tonight?”

But I don’t think Jesus was only asking about what they were doing following Him- He wanted to know what the desires of their hearts were.

And He asks you the same.

What are you seeking?

What is driving you in life? What is propelling you forward?

Is it your own selfish ambition, or are you pursuing God’s glory?

Are you making it your life goal to seek God’s Will for you, obey it and please Him?

God tells us to seek, and we shall find.

Friend, start seeking Him today.
